Rule 1: Follow the Discord and Minecraft Terms of Service.
Discord and Minecraft do not allow talking about illegally distributed software, such as cracked minecraft clients. Therefor we don’t help with or want you to talk about cracked (non-premium) minecraft clients or servers. We will not be providing support to people who ask.

Rule 2: Be kind.
We strive to make this a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone here. Bullying is taken very seriously. Keep in mind that not everyone has the same knowledge, background or experiences as you. This includes watching your language and tone around other members.
We have a zero tolerance policy for slurs, racist behaviour, transphobic behaviour, homophobic behaviour, or any other discriminatory/hateful behaviour. Any violating this rule will be punished severely.
Rule 3: Do not reveal private information
Revealing private information of other players will be punished harshly. We try to keep the server a safe place, but we can not monitor everyone in the server. Be very careful of what you reveal of yourself online, and never share any information you have of other players, it is up to that player and that player alone if they wish for others to know.]
Rule 4: No spreading misinformation
Spreading malicious false rumours against other players or staff is not allowed and will be punished severely.
Do not impersonate staff or anyone else on the server. Do not lie about any rank or role you do or do not hold in-game or in this Discord server.
Rule 5: Keep all public chat to English.
We do not want to exclude people due to not understanding your language. English is also the only language all staff can safely moderate, and so to make sure WE know everyone is following the rules, we require English only. If you are privately talking with someone (via whispers in, game or in a private VC, then you are open to use any language you wish.)
Rule 6: Appropriate Content
Certain controversial and inappropriate topics are out of place within this server.
A non-exhaustive list of topics which do not belong on this server includes:
– Politics
– Religion
– Swearing
– Violence
– Illegal substances
Certain topics are allowed in the ⚠・triggering・topics channel. This will still be moderated by staff. No NSFW. This includes inappropriate jokes and “dark humor”.
Please also make sure your profile does not feature NSFW content when interacting on this server. If you don’t change it after 24 hours, we will kick you and report your profile to the Discord staff if it violates Discord ToS.
Rule 7: All media with triggering topics/flashing lights should be spoilered.
We wish to protect everyone here, and flashing images could cause a real danger to certain people. If you are posting something with flashing lights, you must include a text above stating: Warning: Flashing Lights and spoiler the image. Images which contain potentially sensitive topics/phobias – like insects, gore, heights etc should also be spoilered. To spoiler a link in discord, put two || before and after the link itself. To spoiler a picture, Click on the “Spoiler Attachment” that appears when you upload the image.
Rule 8: Keep drama that happened in other servers (or DMs) in those servers
Don’t bring drama from other servers or DMs into the public places. We are not judges of what happened outside of this server, and are not responsible for moderating them. However, if you’d like to report an incident of a person misusing this server, e.g as a hub to distribute scam links via DM’s, please do report them to the moderator team via a ticket.
Rule 9: Don’t spam/please respect discussions
Be respectful with regards to other people’s ongoing discussions. That does not mean that you are not allowed to talk to others while a discussion is going on – in fact, feel free to join in with your own input, but purposefully interrupting them is not okay, and general spamming behaviour is not tolerated.
Rule 10: Use the correct channels
Make sure that whatever you’re posting belongs in the channel you want to post it in. For example, use #help if you need help with the MC server, and keep 👥・mc・talk to discussions pertaining to the server itself. Use 👥・general to talk about general topics, and use threads in suggestions for any suggestions you may have. Read a channel’s description to find out what it’s about. This helps us keep the server organised, makes it easier to moderate, and helps people to find the type of discussion they’re looking for. It also facilitates communication by reducing undesired interruptions.
This includes checking the help channel before asking a question. Many questions have already been answered in the help channel.
Rule 11: Do not argue with staff
The rules are all here for the benefit of the server. Arguing with a staff member about punishment a player has received will lead to you getting a warning yourself. If you wish to bring up an issue you have with how something was handled by a staff member, please post a Staff Complaints ticket and we will look into it.
Do not attempt to bypass rules by technicality or find loopholes.
Rule 12: Do not mini-mod
Do not mini-mod. Do not attempt to do the job of a moderator in their place. When done respectfully, you may advise other users to follow the rules. Do not (and do not attempt to) threaten or scare others into following the rules.
